摘　　要：目的观察白内障手术后单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)患者的手术治疗效果。方法根据不同的治疗方法,将80例白内障手术后单纯性RRD患者分作甲乙两组,每组40例。甲组施予巩膜扣带术治疗,乙组施予玻璃体切割术治疗,观察比较其结果。结果两组的黄斑前膜、黄斑囊样水肿、眼外肌运动障碍发生率对比差异无统计学意义,但乙组视网膜初次复位率与最终复位率均高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论白内障手术后单纯性RRD患者接受玻璃体切割术治疗可促进视网膜复位,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of simple rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)after cataract surgery.Methods According to different treatment methods,80 cases of pure RRD patients were divided into group A and group B,with 40 cases in each group.Scleral buckling surgery was performed in group A and vitrectomy was performed in group B,and the results were compared.Results The incidence rates of macular anterior membrane,macular cystoid edema,and extraocular muscle dyskinesia in the two groups were insignificant,but the primary and final reduction rates of retinas in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy in patients with simple RRD after cataract surgery can promote retinal reposition,which is effective and worthy of promotion.
