基于正交试验的风湿宁胶囊提取纯化工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优选风湿宁胶囊的水提醇沉工艺条件。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,以青藤碱的转移率为考察指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间以及煎煮次数风湿宁胶囊提取效果的影响,优化其水提醇沉工艺参数。结果:优化的水提醇沉条件为加10倍量水,煎煮时间为1 h,煎煮次数为2次;优化的醇沉条件为煎液浓缩至相对密度为1.1,醇沉时间12 h,含醇量60%。结论:优选的工艺条件基本合理,可用于风湿宁胶囊的提取与纯化。Objective:To study water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology of Fengshining capsules. Methods:Theextraction and purification technological parameters of Fengshining capsules were studied by orthogonal test with the transferrate of sinomenine as evaluation index. Results:The conditions were as follows:add 10 times of water to decoct 1 hour for 2times,then concentrated to a relative density of 1.1 and alcohol precipitating 12 hour with 60% alcohol. Conclusion:Theoptimum procedure was reasonable,which can be used to extract and purify Fengshining capsules.
