摘　　要：目的:优选脑脉醒神胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:以大黄总蒽醌含量作为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验法优选脑脉醒神胶囊中大黄的醇提取工艺;以苦杏仁苷提取率和干浸膏得率作为评价指标,选取加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用单因素试验法优选脑脉醒神胶囊中桃仁等的水提取工艺。结果:优选的最佳醇提工艺为药材加6倍量70%的乙醇,回流提取3次,每次30 min;水提工艺最优方案为药材加8倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺设计合理,结果稳定可行。Objective:To optimize the optimal extraction process of Naomai Xingshen Capsules.Methods:With the content of total anthraquinone in rheum as indexes,single factor and orthogonal design were used to optimize alcohol extraction process of Rhei Radix et Rhizome from Naomai Xingshen Capsules.With the extracted rate of amygdalin and yield of dry extract as indice,the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times were chosen as investigated factors,single factor design was used to optimize water extraction process of Semen Persicae and nine other Chinese herbal pieces from Naomai Xingshen Capsules.Results:The optimum ethanol extraction is condition as follows:six times quantity of medicinal materials of 70%ethanol,extracting 3 times each time 30 min.The optimum water extraction condition is as follows:eight times quantity of medicinal materials of water,extracting twice by relux,1 hours for each time.Conclusion:This optimized extraction technology was reasonable,stable and reliable,it could be extended to large-scale production for Naomai Xingshen Capsules.
