摘 要:目的:通过优化夏桑菊颗粒辅料种类,减少辅料蔗糖用量,利于患者健康,使工艺易于控制并减少每袋装量,从而增加患者依从性。方法:通过对夏桑菊颗粒不同辅料组合进行筛选试验,并优化辅料加入方式,从而减少每袋装量。结果:优化后以糊精、甘露醇为填充剂,同时撤掉蔗糖,改用三氯蔗糖为调味剂,辅料调整后,其颗粒的装量为每袋装3 g(无糖,相当于药材7.55 g)。结论:调整辅料后的生产工艺稳定可控,更经济。Objective:To improve patient compliance by optimizing the kinds of adjuvant of Xiasangju granules and reducing the amount of sucrose in the excipients,which is beneficial to the health of patients,making the process easy to control and reducing the amount of each bag.Method:Through the screening experiment of different excipient combinations of Xiasangju granules,and optimizing the way of adding excipients,the amount of each bag was reduced.Results:After optimization,dextrin and mannitol were used as fillers.At the same time,sucrose was removed and sucralose was used as flavoring agent.After adjusting the auxiliary materials,the granules were loaded in 3 g per bag(no sugar,equivalent to medicinal materials 7.55 g).Conclusion:The production process after adjusting the auxiliary materials is stable and controllable and more economical.
