摘  要:资格考核是世界一流大学博士生培养的核心环节,但博士生资格考核制度是一种淘汰机制还是促进机制,目前尚无定论。在培养过程质量视角下,通过对美国7所大学教育学博士资格考核前的科研训练及促学促研机制进行梳理,证实了资格考核制度对博士生培养的促进作用,对我国教育学乃至其他学科的博士生培养具有重要的参考价值。The qualification assessment system is the core link in the training of doctoral students in world-class universities.However,whether the doctoral qualification assessment system is a phase-out mechanism or a promotion mechanism is still inconclusive.From the perspective of the quality of the training process,through the analysis of the research training and promotion mechanism of the doctoral qualifications of seven universities in the United States,it is confirmed that the qualification assessment system promotes the training of doctoral students,and even the education of our country and even other The doctoral training of disciplines has important reference value.
