摘　　要：BIM技术因其具有可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性等特点,己成为现代建筑行业不可或缺的一部分。论文以湖南某学校图书馆工程为例,通过Revit及广联达软件建立了图书馆的建筑信息模型,对其模型建造的过程以及在工程算量、施工进度控制、虚拟建造、施工模拟、碰撞检测等方面的应用进行了阐述,为该工程规划、设计、施工、运营全生命周期管理提供了重要的指导。BIM technology has become an indispensable part of modern construction industry because of its visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization and other characteristics.Taking the library project of a school in Hunan as an example,this paper establishes the building information model of the library through Revit and Guanglianda software,and expounds the process of building the model and its application in engineering calculation,construction schedule control,virtual construction,construction simulation and collision detection.It provides important information for the whole life cycle management of the project planning,design,construction and operation.
