摘　　要：文章就我国建筑工程防排烟设计的消防审核中常见问题、产生问题的原因和相关的优化设计措施做了简单分析。This paper makes a simple analysis of the common problems,the causes of the problems and the related optimization design measures in the fire audit of smoke control and exhaust design of construction projects in our country.
