摘  要:配入不同比例的钒钛磁铁精矿粉,对成球性的影响并不明显,但是对球团焙烧温度有较为明显的影响,即钒钛磁精粉要求焙烧温度提高大约50℃。钒钛球团的冶金性能相对于普通球团有较为明显的变化,投笼试验结果显示,钒钛磁精粉比例增加造成还原性指数和还原膨胀指数降低。本研究还借助不同的手段进行物相分析,探究了投笼成品球团矿的冶金性能。The addition of different proportions of vanadium-titanium magnet concentrate powder has no obvious effect on the sphericity,but has a significant effect on the pellet baking temperature,that is,the vanadium-titanium magnetic powder requires a baking temperature of about 50℃.The metallurgical properties of vanadium-titanium pellets are significantly different from those of ordinary pellets.The results of the cage test showed that the increase of the proportion of vanadiumtitanium magnetic fine powder caused the decrease of the reduction index and the reduction expansion index.In this study,the phase analysis was carried out by different means to explore the metallurgical properties of the finished pellets of the finished cage.
