摘  要:本文以研究含铬废水的最佳处理工艺条件为主,在常温下利用Fe2+的还原性和过量的NaOH与含铬废水的反应机制进行探究,控制不同的试验因素,即投加(Fe2+/Cr6+)比值、反应pH、共沉淀pH、反应时间和共沉淀时间,分析其对铬去除率的影响。试验结果表明,在最佳处理工艺条件下,铬的去除率超过99.63%,废水处理后能够达标排放。利用这些最佳条件来处理实验室含铬原废水,处理后的Cr6+浓度为0.98 mg/L,去除率高达99.87%,做到了低浓度排放,最大化减少污染。This paper focuses on the best treatment process conditions for chromium-containing wastewater.At room temperature,the reductive properties of Fe2+and the reaction mechanism of excess NaOH and chromium-containing wastewater were investigated.Different experimental factors were controlled,namely(Fe2+/Cr6+)ratio,reaction pH,coprecipitation pH,reaction time and coprecipitation time,and the effect on the removal rate of chromium was analyzed.The test results show that under the optimal treatment conditions,the removal rate of chromium exceeds 99.63%,and the wastewater can be discharged after treatment.Using these optimal conditions to treat the laboratory’s chromiumcontaining raw wastewater,the treated Cr6+concentration is 0.98 mg/L,and the removal rate is as high as 99.87%,which achieves low concentration discharge and minimizes pollution.
