湘西苗族“练拳先练药”论析

摘　　要：湘西苗族历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚,因其地理位置的特点,不仅创造了优秀的苗族武术文化,也有着自己奇特的医疗技术。主要采用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等方法对苗族医药与湘西苗族武术发展中的关系;湘西苗族武术中的苗族医药元素;苗族医药在湘西苗族武术中的具体运用等进行了研究。经过研究得知:湘西苗族武术在长期发展过程中与苗族医药密不可分有“练拳先练药”之说,充分体现了苗族医药在湘西苗族武术中的地位和作用。The Miao nationality in western Hunan and has a long history and profound cultural deposits.Due to the characteristics of its geographical location,it has not only created excellent Wushu culture of the Miao nationality,but also has its own unique medical technology.This paper mainly uses the methods of documentation,field investigation,expert interviewing and logical analysis to study the relationship between Miao medicine and the development of Miao Wushu in western Hunan.The medicine element of Miao nationality in western Hunan within Miao nationality Wushu;The specific application of Miao nationality medicine in Miao nationality Wushu in western Hunan.The research shows that Western Hunan Miao Wushu is closely related to the medicine of the Miao nationality in the long-term development process,which fully reflects the status and role of the medicine of the Miao nationality in the western Hunan Miao wushu.
