摘　　要：作为中华民族最古老、影响范围较广的羌族,不仅拥有悠久的历史,同时也是华夏民族的重要组成部分。古代羌族人随着迁徙和战争,为防御外敌,有着尚武的习惯,直至今日,现代羌族人保留了许多与军事文化相关的体育活动。每到节庆日时,就会举办各式各样与体育相关的娱乐活动与祭祀。This paper analyzes the reform of the teaching contents and methods of Northeast Normal University public sports Wushu Course by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and expert interview,and puts forward some new ideas for reforming Northeast Normal University Wushu teaching in view of some problems existing in the teaching contents and methods of wushu in northeast Normal University,with the aim of:It is intended to improve the teaching level of Northeast Normal University public sports Wushu Course,promote the improvement of teaching quality,and at the same time,through the study of Northeast Normal University public sports wushu teaching content and methods put forward the corresponding reform measures:the revision of Wushu teaching materials system,the selection of reasonable martial arts teaching content,teaching methods and means should be flexible and diverse,Meet the needs of students and the Times,emphasize the application,cultivate the comprehensive quality of students and so on.To provide reference for the development of teaching content of sports wushu courses in other universities.
