摘  要:高压电力电缆的事故中发现大量电缆缓冲层烧蚀现象。从材料调研和试验数据着手,对缓冲层运行环境中过电压进行了分析,在此基础上建立缓冲层理论模型和等值电路,通过分压、产热过程计算,得到在绝热环境下缓冲层的温升值。通过电化学分析,进一步说明作用于缓冲层的电压极性对皱纹铝护套的危害性。另外,根据所得结果,也对其它材料的烧蚀现象给予了分析。依此提出,电缆生产和运检工作中需要注意的问题。During the accident of high voltage power cable,a large number of erosion phenomena of cable buffer layer were found.In this paper,the overvoltage in the buffer layer operating environment is analyzed from material investi?gation and experimental data analysis.On this basis,the theoretical model and equivalent circuit of buffer layer are established,and the calculation of partial voltage and heat production process is carried out.The temperature appreci?ation of buffer layer under the adiabatic environment is obtained.The harm of the polarity of the current and voltage acting on the buffer layer to the corrugated aluminum sheath is further explained by electrochemical analysis.In addi?tion,the erosion phenomena of other materials are also analyzed according to the results obtained.According to this,the problems that need attention in cable production and operation inspection work are put forward.
