摘 要:通过对比飞机线束用自卷绕开口保护套和氟橡胶玻璃布的机械性能、耐环境性能和阻燃性,探索了合理的飞机线束用保护材料替代方案。结果表明:在机械性能方面,自卷绕开口保护套的耐拉力是氟橡胶玻璃布的2倍,耐刮擦次数是后者的150倍,在耐环境性能方面也明显优于后者,是一种优良的的飞机线束用保护套产品。By comparing the mechanical properties,environmental resistance and flame retardant of self?wrapping open protective sleeve and traditional fluorine rubber glass cloth,a reasonable alternative of aircraft wire harness pro?tection material was explored.The results show that the tension resistance of the new self?wrapping open protective sleeve is twice as much as the fluorine rubber glass cloth and the scratch resistance is 150 times as much as that of the latter.And the environmental resistance is also improved significantly.It is an excellent product for aircraft wire har?ness sheath..
