花椒萎蔫植株土壤微生物菌落结构特征研究初报

摘  要:土壤微生物是土壤质量的重要指标,为探索花椒萎蔫植株周围土壤微生物群落结构特征,该文采用llluminaHiseq高通量测序技术处理和分析了四川省汉源县花椒萎蔫植株与正常植株根际土壤微生物群落结构差异。结果表明:萎蔫植株周围土壤微生物的群落结构有明显改变,使丰度发生了变化,变化较大的细菌如Bacillus、uncultured Sphiongomonas kaistobacter sp.、Anaerolineaoeae、uncultured Gemmatimonadaceae gemmatimonadales等;变化较大的真菌如Ceratobasidium、Ilyonectria morspanacis、Cryptococcus podzolicus、Penicillium等,表明花椒萎蔫植株周围土壤中微生物群落结构出现失衡现象。Soil microbes are the important indicator of soil quality.In order to explore the characteristics of soil microbial community structure around withered plants of Zanthoxylum bungeanum.Lllumina Hiseq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to treat and analyze the differences of soil microbial community.The results showed that the community structure as well as the abundance of soil microorganisms around wilting plants have changed significantly,especially with bacteria such as Bacillus,uncultured Sphiongomonaskaistobactersp,Anaerolineaoeae,uncultured Gemmatimonadales and so on;fungi such as Ceratobasidium,Ilyonectriamorspanacis,Cryptococcuspodzolicus,Penicillium,etc.The result also indicated that the microbial community structure in the soil surrounding the wilt plants of Zanthoxylum bungeanumwere was unbalanced.
