摘 要:[目的/意义]旨在为改善嵌入式馆员与用户团队信任关系提供参考。[方法/过程]阐述嵌入式馆员与用户团队建立信任关系的必要性,分析嵌入式馆员与用户团队建立信任关系的关键因素,揭示嵌入式服务中影响馆员可信度的因素,并依据具体案例提出对策。[结果/结论]提出了提升馆员的可信性、提高馆员的可靠性、增强馆员的亲密度、降低馆员的自我定位等策略。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to propose reference for improving trust relationship between embedded librarians and user teams. [Method/process] The paper expounds the necessity of establishing the trust relationship between embedded librarians and user teams, analyzes the key factors of establishing the trust relationship between embedded librarians and user teams, reveals the factors influencing the librarian’s credibility in embedded service, and puts forwards countermeasures according to concrete cases. [Result/conclusion] The paper puts forwards the strategies including elevating the librarian’s credibility, improving the librarian’s reliability, enhancing the librarian’s intimacy, and reduces the librarian’s self-positioning.
