摘 要:保护层开采是效果明显的安全措施,能够有效预防煤层群开采过程中瓦斯事故。以屯兰煤矿为工程背景,采用数值模拟分析手段,分析7号煤层作为保护层时,开采厚度分别为0.8m和1.5m时,被保护煤层应力、位移变化特征,以及在保护层开采过程中煤层内部应力集中程度、泄压范围和煤层膨胀变形程范围,通过多个因素综合对比分析,最终确定最佳保护层开采厚度,相关研究对邻近煤矿保护层开采具有借鉴意义。Protective seam mining is an effective safety measure,which can effectively prevent gas accidents in the process of coal seam group mining.Taking Tunlan Coal Mine as engineering background and adopting numerical simulation analysis method,this paper analyses the stress and displacement variation characteristics of protected coal seam when No.7 coal seam is used as protective seam with mining thickness of 0.8 m and 1.5 m respectively,and the stress concentration degree,pressure relief range and coal seam expansion and deformation range in the process of protective seam mining,through the comprehensive comparative analysis of many factors,the optimum mining thickness of protective layer is finally determined,the relevant research has reference significance for the mining of protective layer in adjacent coal mines.
