摘　　要：某840离心铸造机用冷模在离心浇铸某高铬铸铁零件过程中发生开裂事故。在开裂冷模上取样检测,分析出导致冷模开裂的原因,并提出了针对性的预防措施和建议,避免了冷模早期开裂事故的再次发生。A single set of cooled metal mold for the 840 centrifugal casting machine has a cracking accident in the process of centrifugal casting a high chromium cast iron part.The causes of cooled metal mold cracking have been analyzed by sampling and testing on the cracking cooled metal mold,and the corresponding preventive measures and suggestions have been put forward to avoid the recurrence of the early cracking accident of the cooled metal mold.
