摘  要:封堵体温控防裂对于工程正常安全运营非常重要。基于有限元软件,针对清远抽水蓄能电站下库导流洞封堵体结构特点及环境边界条件,拟定不同温控措施下的施工方案,进行温度场及温度应力场的仿真计算和对比分析。结果表明,逐步加强温控措施,可有效改善封堵体混凝土温度场及温度应力场,降低产生温度裂缝的风险,计算过程及结果为制定合理可行的温控措施提供了参考,同时有利于确定接触灌浆施工的时间。Temperature control and crack prevention of closure concrete are very important for safe operation of the engineering. For Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station Project, in view of the structural characteristics and environmental boundary conditions of the lower reservoir diversion tunnel closure concrete, several construction schemes of different temperature control measures were drafted, calculated and analyzed with finite element software. The results of temperature field and temperature stress field simulation calculation demonstrate that stepwise strengthening of temperature control measures can effectively improve the temperature and stress field of closure concrete, and can reduce the risk of temperature cracks. The calculation process and results provide a reference for formulating reasonable and feasible temperature control measures, and help to determine the construction duration of contact grouting.
