摘  要:格八水库为中型水库,拦河大坝为高32 m的单曲砌石拱坝,坝顶设6个溢流表孔,每个表孔均设平板闸门控制。根据水工模型试验,每孔闸门每个开度的流量系数都不相同,下泄流量的计算异常繁琐。而水库下游河道沿岸村寨集镇较多,河道行洪能力弱,水库下泄流量的控制对下游防洪安全甚为重要。为快速计算不同闸门运行工况组合的下泄流量,通过分析计算流程并利用已有资料将计算过程程序化,利用Java语言编制了泄流计算程序,为水库的调度提供快速、简便的下泄流量计算成果。为增强参考作用,文中分享了程序源代码。Geba Reservoir is a medium reservoir.It's main water retaining dam is a stone masonry single-curvature arch dam with a height of 32m and 6 surface spillways.Each spillway is designed with a flat gate.According to the results of hydraulic model test,the flow coefficients corresponding to various gate openings are different from each other,so the discharge calculation is very complex.There are many villages and towns along the river downstream of the reservoir,leading to weak flood discharge capacity of river course.The control of reservoir discharge is very im?portant for downstream flood protection safety.In order to calculate quickly the discharge under different combina?tions of gate operating conditions,based on analysis of the calculation procedures and available information,the dis?charge calculation program was compiled by Java language,which permits rapid and simple calculation of discharge for reservoir regulation.The program source code is shared to enhance reference effect.
