摘 要:为监测坝顶水平位移,康杨水电工程设置了5条垂线和2条引张线。据5个垂线坐标仪准确性测试成果,本工程PL2垂线坐标仪在上下游方向测值与标定值存在较大偏差。结合现场检查和电容式垂线坐标仪原理分析:朝向大坝下游侧的金属外壳变形,使PL2垂线准确性测试中上下游方向的监测值与标定值存在较大差别;并且在外壳变形稳定条件下,垂线坐标仪外壳变形引起的变形量偏差基本接近常数;此外,多次准确性测试成果中监测值与标定值差值的平均值可修正到历史数据中,使垂线成果更加合理;同时后期运行中要加强垂线坐标仪的保护,防止外壳变形。For monitoring the horizontal displacement of Kangyang Hydropower Project,5 vertical monitoring instruments and 2 extension lines were set up.According to the accuracy test results of 5 vertical monitoring instruments,the PL2 plumb coordinate has difference between the monitoring value and calibration value in the downstream direction.Combined with the on-site inspection and capacitive plumb coordinate principle,it is analyzed as:the metal shell deformation in downstream direction of the dam makes the calibration value of PL2 vertical different from the measurement in downstream direction and under the stable deformation condition of metal shell,deflection of deformation is nearly constant caused by the deformation of metal shell and the average value between the monitoring value and the calibration value of multiple accuracy test can be modified to historical data,which makes the results more reasonable vertical and it needs to strengthen the protection of the vertical plumb coordinatograph and prevent the deformation of the metal shell in late operation.
