摘 要:金工实训对于提高学生的综合素质、培养学生的创新精神与实践能力具有重要作用。“新工科”背景下的金工实训,应在新工科专业内涵和建设重点的框架下,创新金工实训教学模式,建立精干实用的实训项目体系,打造多元可变的灵活选择机制,构建基于学习结果的实训评价体系,在金工实训环境中培育、提升学生的职业素养,促进学生的职业素养与能力的提升,大力培养工程科技创新和产业创新人才,助力区域产业转型升级。Metalworking training plays an important role in improving students comprehensive quality and cultivating students innovative spirit and practical ability.The metalworking training under the guidance of“Emerging Engineering Education”offers a successful experience in inheriting the reform and development of engineering education,as a new model of engineering personnel training.Under the framework of new engineering specialty connotation construction,the innovated teaching mode of metalworking training establishes a series of practical training projects,creating a multi-variable selection mechanism and an effective training evaluation system based on learning results,so as to cultivate students professional quality and innovation talents,which will also help to transform and upgrade regional industries.
