摘  要:基于上海地铁某线单元式空调机组的回热循环对整个性能参数影响的分析,得出回热循环使机组的入口压力增加,出口压力减小,降低了最佳压比,制冷量增加4%,将改善蒸发器和冷凝器的传热,回热循环使压缩机的出入口温度仅增加10℃左右。当入口压力调整时,回热量会降低制冷剂的质量流量和体积流量,最小体积流量处却获得最大制冷量。减小压缩机功率和增加回热量将使冷凝器传热恶化。为避免压缩机进口“带液”,在功率调整时,体积流量不随回热量的变化而变化,质量流量有轻微下降。This paper analyzes the influence of regenerative cycle on the whole performance parameters of unitary air conditioning unit in Shanghai Metro.The results show that the regenerative cycle increases the inlet pressure of the unit,reduces the outlet pressure,and reduces the optimal pressure ratio.The cooling capacity is increased by 4%,which improves the heat transfer of the evaporator and the condenser.The regenerative cycle increases the inlet and outlet temperatures of the compressor by only about 10°C.When the inlet pressure is adjusted,the heat recovery reduces the mass flow rate and volume flow of the refrigerant,but the maximum cooling capacity is obtained at the minimum volume flow rate.Reducing compressor power and increasing heat recovery can degrade the heat transfer of the condenser and prevent the compressor inlet from"carrying liquid."When the power is adjusted,the volume flow does not change with the change of the return heat,and the mass flow has a slight decrease.
