摘　　要：为保证企业实现节能减排目标,设计和使用远程在线监测系统势在必行。远程在线监测系统是基于传感器与网络技术的优势,在企业区域各个位置针对性安装传感器,对实时数据进行采集、编码传输到远程管理系统。远程管理系统对采集的数据进行分析,计算出生产性能指标指导运行人员优化运行。In order to ensure that industry can achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction,it is imperative to design industrial remote online monitoring system.The remote on-line monitoring system,by giving full play to the advantages of sensor and network technology,installs corresponding types of sensors in each position of the system,and collects and encodes real-time industrial data and transmits them to the remote management system.As far as data acquisition is concerned,the remote online monitoring system analyses and judges the safety and performance indicators of the industry in detail,and sends the feedback results to the operation staff in time by means of video,telephone and on-site diagnosis,and guides its orderly and optimized operation.
