摘  要:改革开放40年来,国家持续加大对西藏基础设施建设的投入,对于房建工程质量的要求也在不断提升,但是西藏地区地域广大,海拔较高,天气变化无常,施工受多方面因素的牵制,这无疑增加了房建工程施工的难度。本文以气候环境较为突出的西藏那曲地区为例,分析了西藏高海拔地区房建工程施工遇到的主要问题及一些具体对策,可为高原高寒偏远地区房建工程施工提供参考。In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the state has continued to increase investment in infrastructure construction in Tibet.The requirements for the quality of housing construction projects have also been continuously improved.However,Tibet has a large geographical area,high altitude,and weather changes.Construction is affected by many factors.The containment,which undoubtedly increased the difficulty of construction of housing construction.This paper takes the Naqu area in Tibet with outstanding climatic environment as an example.It analyzes the main problems encountered in the construction of high-altitude housing projects in Tibet and some specific countermeasures,which can provide reference for the construction of housing construction projects in the plateau cold and remote areas.
