摘  要:矿物选别流场属于多态流场,随着选矿技术的发展,流场中流体变化对选别效果的影响逐渐得到深入研究。总结了矿物分选过程中浮选流场及重选流场的研究现状,系统介绍了利用流体力学模型等手段对浮选柱、浮选机、水力旋流器、螺旋溜槽及干扰床模拟所到的研究成果。针对矿物分选特征及环境影响因素的不同,未来应着重于模拟方法的改进或二次开发,以利于在单相流研究基础上开展对两相及多相流的流场特性研究。Mineral separation flow field belongs to polymorphic flow field.With the development of mineral processing technology,the influence of fluid changes in flow field on separation effect has been studied deeply.The research status of flotation flow field and gravity flow field in mineral separation process is summarized.The research results of simulation of flotation column,flotation machine,hydrocyclone,spiral chute and interference bed by means of hydrodynamic model are systematically introduced.In view of the difference of mineral separation characteristics and environmental impact factors,it should focus on the improvement of simulation method or secondary development in the future,so as to facilitate the study of flow field characteristics of two-phase and multi-phase flow on the basis of single-phase flow research.
