摘 要:研究了超低碳825合金冶炼浇注过程中,不同保护渣加入方式对其增碳的影响。结果表明,无论哪种保护渣加入方式,都会造成不同程度的增碳和少量的增氮,对其余元素的影响则较小;采用保护渣全部铺盖在结晶器底部的工艺,其浇注过程增碳最为严重,因渣温低、导热性差,易于形成冷皮,影响渣层厚度。通过降低保护渣铺盖量,采用部分在浇注中后期加入的工艺,其浇注过程增碳量得到明显降低。The effect of different flux adding methods on carbonization of ultra-low carbon 825 alloy during smelting and pouring was studied.The results show that no matter which way of adding flux,it will cause different degrees of carbonization and slight nitrogen adding,but the effect on other elements is small.The most serious carburization was produced during the casting process with adopting the flux covering the bottom of the mould.Because of the low temperature and poor thermal conductivity of the slag,it is easy to form cold skin,which affects the thickness of slag layer.By reducing the covering capacity of flux and adding some technology in the middle and later stage of casting,the carbonization in the casting process has been significantly improved.
