大型转炉低成本高效化生产实践

摘　　要：为达到大型复吹转炉低成本、高效化生产的目标,河钢宣钢二钢轧厂针对品种比提高后工艺和设备上暴露出来的问题进行了技术改造。通过取消地磅称重、优化底吹模式、调整氧枪喷头参数、重设出钢口形状等措施,使铁水入炉温度提高约10~15℃,供氧流量提高约2 500 m 3/h,出钢时间缩短至4.5 min,改善了冶金反应的动力学条件,在强化冶炼的基础上,降低了生产成本。In order to achieving low cost and high efficiency production of large combined blown converter,the technical transformation of process and equipment after the increasing of variety ratio in No.2 steel rolling mill of Xuansteel is introduced.By eliminating weighbridge weighing,optimizing bottom blowing mode,adjusting nozzle parameters of oxygen lance and resetting the shape of tapping,the temperature of hot metal charging is increased by 10~15℃,oxygen flow rate is increased by about 2 500 m 3/h,tapping time is shortened to 4.5 min,the dynamic conditions of metallurgical reaction are improved,and production cost is reduced on the basis of strengthening smelting.
