摘 要:阐述了河钢宣钢二钢轧厂转炉溅渣氮气数据自动采集的技术原理和管理程序编制思路,详细介绍了利用西门子PLC和计算机OPC编程技术,进行溅渣数据的自动采集、显示和导出报表的全过程。系统实施后,解决了转炉溅渣消耗人工统计精度差、效率低的问题,可保证数据的实时性及准确性;炉均溅渣时长缩短3.3~3.4 s,年可节约成本共7万余元,达到了节能降耗的目的。This paper expounds the technical principle and management program of nitrogen data automatic acquisition of converter slag splashing in Xuansteel No.2 steel rolling mill.The whole process of automatic data acquisition,display and report derivation of slag splashing using Siemens PLC and computer OPC programming technology are introduced in detail.After the implementation of the system,the poor statistical accuracy and low efficiency of converter slag splashing consumption are solved,and the real-time and accuracy of data can be guaranteed.The average slag splashing time is shortened by 3.3~3.4 seconds,and the annual cost can be saved by more than 70,000 yuan,thus achieving the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
