摘　　要：针对麻城市农民林业专业合作社发展的存在“空壳化”现象。本文论述了麻城市农民林业专业合作社的现状及现象,分析了产生“空壳社”现象的原因,并就解决“空壳社”现象问题,对农民林业专业合作社规范化建设的对策进行了探讨。According to farmers forestry cooperatives in Macheng have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, but there is a “shell” phenomenon. Situation of farmers’ forestry professional cooperatives in Macheng and existing “shell society” phenomenon was discussed, analyzed its causes, and probes into the Countermeasures for solving this phenomenon and standardizing the construction of farmers forestry professional cooperatives by the paper.
