摘　　要：目的分析、总结轻中度蜂蜇伤的救治经验。方法回顾性分析2016年4月至2018年8月中国人民解放军95861部队保障部医院收治的采用火针、火罐、湿润烧伤膏外敷及抗过敏等方法综合治疗的27例轻中度蜂蜇伤患者的病历资料,总结救治经验。结果所有患者均于治疗4~24 h后,局部或全身症状及体征得到明显改善;治疗3 d后,基本痊愈;随访15 d,无多脏器功能衰竭及死亡病例出现。结论综合蜂蜇伤的中医病机及西医发病机制,将火针、火罐、湿润烧伤膏外敷及抗过敏等方法综合应用于轻中度蜂蜇伤的治疗,可有效提高救治成功率。Objective To analyze and summarize the experience of treating mild and moderate bee stings.Methods The medical record of twenty-seven patients with mild and moderate bee sting injury,admitted into the Security Department Hospital of People’s Liberation Army 95861 between April 2016 and August 2018 and underwent such comprehensive treatments as fire needle,cupping,external application of MEBO and anti-allergy,were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the treatment experience.Results After 4-24 h of treatment,the local or systemic symptoms and signs of all patients were improved.After 3 days of treatment,all patients were basically healed.During the follow-up of 15 days,no functional failure of multiple organs or death occurred.Conclusion In the treatment of mild and moderate bee stings,taking the pathogenesis of bee stings in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine into consideration and comprehensively applying fire needle,cupping,MEBO externally and anti-allergy therapy can effectively improve the success rate of treatment.
