摘　　要：随着冷藏技术和网络技术的发展,人们对生鲜食物的要求也越来越高。因此,通过建立生鲜食品冷链物流服务评价的层次结构模型,定量计算各指标的权重,并进行了一致性检验及总排序,进而得到影响生鲜食品冷链物流运输服务的评分依据,并根据评分依据对两家生鲜食品冷链物流的运输服务进行评分。With the development of cold storage technology and network technology,people have higher and higher requirements for fresh food.Therefore,through the establishment of fresh food cold chain logistics service evaluation hierarchy model of quantitative calculation of the weight of each index,and the consistency check and total ordering,then affect the fresh food cold chain logistics transportation services of grading,and according to the grading of the two grade of fresh food cold chain logistics transportation services.
