摘　　要：采购是一个企业生产经营活动的重要组成部分,对于企业的发展有着重要意义,但是,当前企业采购物流管理和成本控制中存在一些问题。文中从分析当前我国企业采购物流管理和成本控制中存在的问题出发,就加强企业采购物流管理和成本控制提出个人看法,期望可以为企业的健康发展做出贡献。Procurement is an important part of the production and management activities of an enterprise,which is of great significance to the development of the enterprise,but there are some problems in the current enterprise procurement logistics management and cost control.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current procurement logistics management and cost control of enterprises in China,this paper puts forward personal views on strengthening the management and cost control of enterprise procurement logistics,hoping to contribute to the healthy development of enterprises.
