不同播种时期对秋末苜蓿根颈生理生化特性的影响

摘　　要：为确定科尔沁沙地苜蓿安全越冬的播种时间,通过对不同播种时期3个苜蓿品种秋末生理生化相关指标的测定,结合越冬率,分析秋末苜蓿根颈生理生化指标与抗寒性的关系,为该地区高效苜蓿栽培提供理论依据.研究表明,7月1日或7月15日播种苜蓿根颈中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量较8月以后播种高,苜蓿根颈中CAT活性、C/N随播种时期的推迟呈增加趋势.播种时期(7月1日、7月15日、8月1日和8月15日)与可溶性蛋白含量及翌年所测苜蓿越冬率呈极显著负相关关系,与可溶性糖含量呈显著负相关关系,与CAT活性呈极显著正相关关系,与C/N呈显著正相关关系.表明科尔沁地区苜蓿安全越冬的最适播期为7月初.To determine the safe overwintering sowing time of alfalfa in Horchin sandy land,physiological and biochemical indexes of three alfalfa cultivars at different sowing stages were determined at the end of autumn,and combined with the overwintering rate.The relationship between physiological and biochemical indexes of alfalfa root neck and cold resistance was analyzed.To provide theoretical basis for alfalfa cultivation in this area,the results showed that the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in alfalfa root neck sown on July 1st or 15th was higher than those sown after August.The GAT activity and C/N in alfalfa root neck increased with the delay of sowing time.The sowing date(July 1st,July 15th,August 1st and August 15th)was negatively correlated with soluble protein content and overwintering rate of Alfalfa measured in the next year,and negatively correlated with soluble sugar content very positively correlated with CAT activity and positively correlated with C/N.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe overwintering of alfalfa in Horchin area,sowing should be carried out in early July.
