极涡的移动与全球气候变化的关系

摘　　要：全球气候的变化越来越受到世界各国的关注,而且在应对全球气候变化的策略方面也引起了广泛的争论和研究.尽管许多人认为全球气候变化是由于人类燃烧化石燃料导致的,但科学界仍有争议.于是,作者分析了影响全球气候变化的各种因素,发现极涡的移动是全球气候变化的主要原因,从而提出了防止全球气候变化异常的合理对策.Global climate change has attracted more and more attention from all over the world,and how to deal with global climate change has aroused wide debate and research.Although many people believe that global warming is caused by releasing too much greenhouse gas,there are still controversies in the scientific community.Thus,the author analyzes various factors affecting global climate change,and concludes that the movement of polar vortices is the main reason of global climate change,and therefore puts forward corresponding reasonable countermeasures to prevent global climate change.
