天然气储配站罐区的重大危险源识别与风险控制

摘　　要：基于重大危险源评价方法,分析天然气储配站储罐区的固有危险性和危险抵消因素,对重大危险源进行风险分析和评价,最终得出储气区的危险等级为4级,控制能力等级为C级,控制能力和危险等级相匹配,储气区的安全风险可控的结论。提出管理措施和建议,为今后类似的储配站的建设、维护管理等有借鉴意义。Based on the evaluation method of major hazards,this paper analyses the inherent hazards and risk offset factors of storage and distribution station tank area,carries out risk analysis and evaluation of major hazards,and finally draws the conclusion that the danger grade of gas storage area is four,the control ability grade is C,and the control ability matches the danger grade.At the same time,management measures and suggestions are put forward,which can be used for reference for the construction,maintenance and management of similar storage and distribution stations in the future.
