摘 要:目的对疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)指标体系中的相关指标通过加权秩和比法对医院及临床科室进行住院医疗服务绩效的评价,制订相关管理办法,提升医院医疗服务精细化管理程度。方法以北京版分组器分组方式,利用DRGs相关指标体系,从能力、效率、质量3个方面采用加权秩和比法对医院内各临床科室进行综合评价分析。结果对7个科室按照加权秩和比法分析,其中A、D科室被分入“优”类,B、F、E科室被分入“良”类,C、G科室被分入“差”类。结论加权秩和比法使得医院对临床科室的考核变得客观化、直观化和可操作,可清楚地反映出各科室在医院的排名和发展情况。Objective To evaluate the performance of inpatient medical services in hospitals and clinical departments through the weighted rank-sum ratio method for related indicators in the DRGs index system,and formulate relevant management methods to improve the level of hospital medical services.Methods With the use of dividing machine of Beijing version and DRGs related indicators,the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the clinical departments in the hospital were carried out by using the weighted rank-sum ratio evaluation method from three aspects of capability,efficiency and quality.Results Seven departments were analyzed according to the weighted rank-sum ratio method,in which A and D departments were classified as"excellent classes",B,F,and E departments were classified as"good classes",and C and G departments were classified as"poor classes".Conclusion The weighted rank-sum ratio method makes the hospital's assessment of the clinical department become objective,visual and operable,which clearly reflects the ranking and development of each department in the hospital.
