摘　　要：目的综合评价江苏省三级综合医院2018年一季度急性心肌梗塞单病种质量,为卫生行政部门、综合医院加强急性心肌梗塞单病种质量管理提供决策依据。方法应用TOPSIS法分析评价江苏省三级综合医院2018年第1季度急性心肌梗塞单病种质量。结果在江苏省三级综合医院急性心肌梗塞单病种质量综合评价中,H21医院最好,H11医院最差。结论综合评价质量较差的医院应加快胸痛中心的建设与认证,促进急性心肌梗塞诊疗的标准化与规范化,提高急性心肌梗塞的整体救治水平。Objective To evaluate the quality of single disease of acute myocardial infarction comprehensively in tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu Province in the first quarter of 2018,and to provide decision basis for the health administrative departments and the hospitals to strengthen the quality management of single disease of acute myocardial infarction.Methods The quality of single disease of acute myocardial infarction was evaluated with TOPSIS method in tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu Province in the first quarter of 2018.Results In the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of single disease of acute myocardial infarction of tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu Province,H21 hospital was the best,and H11 hospital was the worst.Conclusion Hospitals with poor quality of comprehensive evaluation should speed up the construction and certification of the chest pain center,promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction,and improve the overall treatment level of acute myocardial infarction.
