摘  要:近年来,由于经济的高速发展,国家铁路网随之不断完善,越来越多的新建桥梁需要跨越既有高铁线路。为解决跨高铁营业线T构桥转体施工的安全、精准、高效难题,结合桥址处多风且风速大、距离营业线近、体系转换要求高、高铁运营繁忙等特点,本文以郑万铁路跨京广客专T构转体桥为依托,研究了T构转体桥精细化施工控制技术,通过利用全过程控制理念,明确了转体施工总体控制流程;采用精细化控制方法,分析了转体施工的受力、结构响应以及不平衡重的识别;运用信息化控制手段,促成了转体桥梁质量安全评估方法及相关体系,保障了郑万铁路T构转体的安全实施。通过工程实例的应用,证明了该技术的可行性,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴与参考。In recent years,due to the rapid economic development,the national railway network has been constantly improved,and more and more new bridges need to cross the existing high-speed railway lines.In order to solve the problems of safety,accuracy and efficiency in the swivel construction of T-frame bridge across high-speed railway line,this paper studies the fine construction control technology of T-frame swivel bridge based on the special T-frame swivel bridge across Beijing-Guangzhou passenger line of Zhengwan Railway,considering the characteristics of windy bridge site,high wind speed,close distance to business line,high requirement for system transformation and busy operation of high-speed railway.Through the use of the whole process control concept,the overall control process of turning construction is clarified;the force,structural response and unbalanced weight identification of turning construction are analyzed by means of refined control method;the quality and safety evaluation method and related system of turning bridge are promoted by means of information control means,and the safety implementation of turning T structure of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway is guaranteed.Through the successful application of engineering examples,the feasibility of this technology is proved,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
