摘 要:我国隧道工程项目越来越重视工人群体行为的研究,但已有研究对隧道工人群体行为的内在规律尚不清晰。本文从隧道工人个体行为视角出发,运用跨层次研究方法分析个体行为对群体行为的影响,并在该影响过程中考虑群体效能与群体反思的作用。研究结果表明:隧道工人个体行为对群体行为呈显著正相关;群体效能在隧道工人个体行为与群体行为间起跨层中介作用;群体反思在隧道工人个体行为与群体效能间起跨层调节作用。本文从理论上丰富了隧道工人群体行为内在规律的研究,实践上可为隧道工程项目管理者有效管理群体行为,提高安全绩效提供指导。The tunnel engineering projects in China have paid more and more attention to the study of workers’group behavior,but the internal regulation of tunnel workers’group behavior have not been clear.From the perspective of individual behavior of tunnel worker,this paper employs the cross-level method to analyze the impact of individual behavior on group behavior,and considers the role of group efficacy and group reflexivity in this process.The results indicate that individual behavior of tunnel worker has positive and direct impact on group behavior,and group efficacy is a partial cross-level mediator between individual behavior of tunnel worker and group behavior,and group reflexivity is a partial cross-level moderator between individual behavior of tunnel worker and group efficacy.These findings abound the internal regulation of tunnel workers’group behavior.The application of these findings can be of guidance for tunnel engineering project manager in managing group behavior and improving safety performance.
