5例双克隆型多发性骨髓瘤的实验室检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双克隆型多发性骨髓瘤的临床表现和实验室特征,以提高双克隆型多发性骨髓瘤的检出率。方法选取2014—2017年华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院5例双克隆型多发性骨髓瘤患者,收集其临床资料,并进行分析。结果5例双克隆型多发性骨髓瘤患者中IgG-IgA型2例,IgG-IgG型3例。经治疗,2例患者转为单克隆型多发性骨髓瘤。结论双克隆型多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床特征缺乏特异性,需对双克隆型多发性骨髓瘤患者进行全面的实验室检测,以提高双克隆型多发性骨髓瘤的检出率。Objective To analyze the clinical and laboratory examination characteristics of diclonal multiple myeloma,and to improve the detection rate of diclonal multiple myeloma.Methods The clinical data were collected from 5 cases of diclonal multiple myeloma in Huazhong University of Science and Technology Tongji Medical College Tongji Hospital from 2014 to 2017.Results In the 5 cases of diclonal multiple myeloma,there were 2 cases of IgGIgA and 3 cases of IgG-IgG.Two cases were treated and changed into monoclonal multiple myeloma.Conclusions The clinical characteristics of diclonal multiple myeloma are lacking in specificity.Patients with diclonal multiple myeloma must be fully determined in laboratories to improve the detection rate of diclonal multiple myeloma.
