摘 要:首先采用碱性水热法以商业化P25 TiO2为前驱体制备了具有优异光催化性能的TiO2纳米管(TNTs),接着通过TiO2纳米管对PES超滤膜进行共混改性,最后采用浸渍沉淀相转化法制备系列TNTs含量不同的TNTs/PES复合超滤膜.通过透射电镜、扫描电镜、水接触角等测试手段对TNTs和TNTs/PES复合超滤膜进行表征;通过超滤分离实验对复合超滤膜的水处理效果及抗污染性能进行研究.结果表明TNTs/PES复合超滤膜具有优异的分离性能、抗污染性能和光催化自清洁性能.Firstly,TiO2 nanotubes(TNTs)with excellent photocatalytic properties were prepared by alkaline hydrothermal method through commercial P25 TiO2 precursor.Next,the PES ultrafiltration membrane was modified by blending with TNTs.Finally,the composite ultrafiltration membranes with different mass ratios of TNTs/PES were prepared by a non-solvent induced phase inversion method.Characterization of TNTs and TNTs/PES composite ultrafiltration membranes were tested by TEM,SEM and contact angle testing.The water treatment effect and anti-pollution ability of the composite ultrafiltration membranes were studied by ultrafiltration separation experiments.The results show that the TNTs/PES composite ultrafiltration membranes have excellent separation performance,anti-pollution ability and self-cleaningproperties.
