摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了LaPO4:Eu^3+发光材料,研究了两个温度(200℃、600℃)与LaPO4:Eu^3+材料的结构及发光性质之间的关系,同时考察了Eu^3+离子的掺杂浓度及硅烷化对LaPO4:Eu^3+材料的影响.通过XRD、SEM、IR、荧光光谱对LaPO4:Eu^3+材料的物相及发光性能进行了表征和分析,XRD结果显示,LaPO4:Eu^3+材料的衍射峰与标准卡号32-0493数据基本一致;红外吸收谱图显示SiO2成功修饰到材料上,提高了LaPO4:Eu^3+材料的荧光强度.Luminescent materials LaPO4∶Eu^3+were prepared by sol-gel method.The relationship between structure,luminescent properties and two temperature(200℃、600℃)was studied.The doping concentration of Eu ion was also investigated.Moreover,the influence of silanization on the material was discussed.XRD,SEM,IR and luminescence spectrum were used to characterize the phase and luminescence properties of the materials.XRD results showed that the diffraction peak of LaPO4∶Eu^3+material is basically consistent with the data of standard card number 32-0493.Infrared absorption spectra showed that SiO2 has been successfully modified onto the material and the fluorescence intensity of the material is improved.
