摘  要:基于三维CFD数值模拟方法,利用CONVERGE建立柴油机三维燃烧模型,并对掺烧甲醇裂解气条件下柴油发动机燃烧与排放特性进行模拟分析。结果表明:随着甲醇裂解气替代比增大,柴油机燃烧压力与温度升高,燃烧等容度提升,指示热效率提高;掺烧甲醇裂解气的柴油机,其碳烟排放较原柴油机可下降67.4%,NOx排放较原机有所上升。掺烧裂解气条件下缸内初始温度从350K降低至325K时,NOx排放较原柴油机可降低6.0%,碳烟排放较原柴油机可降低53.9%。Taking a diesel engine as the research object,a three-dimensional diesel engine combustion model was established in CONVERGE.The combustion and emission characteristics of this diesel engine under the condition of dissociated methanol gas were simulated and analyzed.The results show that,with the increase of methanol dissociated gas substitution ratio,the combustion pressure and temperature of the diesel engine increases,with which the combustion and the indicated thermal efficiency increase.The soot emission of the diesel engine fueled with methanol dissociated gas has decreased by 67.4%,while the NOx emission is higher than that of the original diesel engine.When the initial temperature in the cylinder is reduced from 350K to 325K,the NOx emission of the dissociated methanol diesel engine can be reduced by 6.0%and the soot emission of the diesel engine reduced by 53.9%.
