摘 要:为探究近年来湖北省经济增长与环境污染关系变动情况,利用湖北省2003—2014年经济与环境污染数据,对环境污染指标与经济指标建立基于环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)模型,发现湖北省各环境污染指标与人均GDP之间的关系都不是严格符合环境库兹涅茨曲线假说,有呈倒“N”型、“U”型、直线型等关系。所以,对工业废气和工业烟粉尘排放量、工业固体废弃物产生量加强控制与监管是当务之急,并且只有加快经济发展模式的转变,优化产业结构,才能促进湖北省经济与环境的协调发展。In order to study the recent relationship of economic growth and environmental pollution in Hubei Province,we estimate environmental Kuznets curve models which are based on the indicators such as environmental pollution and economic from 2003 to 2014.We find that the relationship between environmental pollution of Hubei Province and per capita GDP are not strictly consistent by the hypothes is of Environmental Kuzents Curve.The photograph of relationship show inverted-N-shaped curve,U-shaped curve,straight line shaped and so on.At present,we must strengthen the control and supervision of the industrial waste gas,smoke,dust emission and industrial solid waste production.We should accelerate the transformation of economic development mode.And we should optimizate industrial structure.Only in this way,we can promote the coordinated development of Hubei Province economy and environment.
