摘　　要：本文从《无线电规则》对科学类卫星业务的定义入手,结合技术与操作特性,研究频率使用和卫星网络资料申报情况,针对当前用频态势展开分析并提出频率使用应重点关注的问题,以进一步保障科学类卫星业务的用频权益。Starting from the definition of scientific satellite service in the Radio Regulations,combing the technical and operational characteristics,this paper studies the situation of the frequency usage and satellite network filing,puts forward the key issues of frequency usage,so as to further protect the rights of frequency of the scientific satellite service.
