摘　　要：纪检监察证据是正确认定违纪案件事实的根据,对其审查判断主要是审查证据的真实可靠性、证明力和有效性,三者密切相关,缺一不可。只有坚持三者的统—,才能做到证据确凿。Discipline inspection and supervision evidence is the basis for correctly determining the facts of disciplinary cases.The review and judgment is mainly to examine the authenticity and reliability,probative force and validity of the evidence.The three are closely related and indispensable.Only by adhering to the unification of the three can we say that the evidence is irrefutable.
