摘　　要：笔者通过对《近代祁门茶业经济研究》一书的编辑加工,提升了对科技书稿编辑的认识,更加意识到一部书稿在成为好书的过程中为什么离不开编辑的作用和付出。同时对青年作者的成长提出自己的一些观念,并为青年编辑今后的发展提供了一些借鉴。Through the editing and processing of the book"Research on Qimen Tea Industry in Modern China",the writer has improved the understanding of editing sci-tech manuscripts,and become more aware of why a manuscript cannot be separated from the role and contribution of editors in the process of becoming a good book.At the same time,the writer puts forward some ideas about the growth of young authors and provides some inspirations for the future development of young editors.
