临床护理路径在老年高血压性脑出血术后恢复期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在老年高血压性脑出血患者术后恢复期中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月我院收治的120例老年高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径。比较两组患者各项功能恢复情况、术后苏醒时间。结果观察组肢体功能、语言功能、生活能力恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后苏醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在老年高血压性脑出血患者术后恢复期中应用,可促进患者功能恢复,缩短术后苏醒时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in postoperative recovery of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods To select 120 cases of elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was received routine nursing and the observation group was used clinical nursing pathway.All functional recovery and postoperative analepsia time of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery of limb function,language function and living ability in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative analepsia time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway is applied in the postoperative recovery period of elderly hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,which can promote the recovery of patients'function and shorten the analepsia time,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
