摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在心脏瓣膜置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年8月我院收治的120例行心脏瓣膜置换术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径。比较两组患者手术时间、引流管拔管时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、引流管拔管时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于心脏瓣膜置换术中能有效减少患者并发症发生率,缩短手术时间和引流管拔管时间,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with heart valve replacement.Methods To select 120 cases of patients undergoing heart valve replacement from March 2016 to August 2018 in our hospital as a study object.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was received routine nursing and the observation group was used clinical nursing pathway.The operation time,drainage tube extubation time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and drainage tube extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway with heart valve replacement can effectively reduce the incidence of complication and shorten the operation time and the time of extubation of the drainage tube.Therefore,it has clinical application value.
