协同护理对髋关节置换术患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨协同护理对髋关节置换术患者康复的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月在我院行髋关节置换术的92例患者为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予协同护理。对比两组患者术后并发症发生率及术前、术后8周髋关节Harris评分、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分。结果观察组术后并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后8周,两组患者Harris评分、MBI评分均高于术前(P<0.05);术后8周观察组Harris评分、MBI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理能有效缩短髋关节置换术患者术后的康复时间,降低术后并发症发生率,改善术后髋关节功能和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing on rehabilitation of patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods To select 92 cases of patients who underwent hip replacement in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received routine nursing,and the observation group was received collaborative nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications and the hip joint Harris score of before and after surgery about 8 weeks and the scores of modified Barthel index rating scale(MBI)were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).About 8 weeks after surgery,the Harris score and MBI score of the two groups were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).About 8 weeks after surgery,the Harris score and MBI score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing could effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with hip replacement,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve postoperative hip-joint function and quality of life.
